The founders of M Kombucha are absolutely fascinating! Today we are chatting with Adi Ramon who not only brews delicious kombucha but is also a molecular biologist, scuba diver, adventure seeker, drummer and so much more!

How long have you been brewing kombucha?

If you had to pick a favorite flavor that you offer, what would it be?
Island Roots is my go-to flavor (can't get enough turmeric!)

Where is the last place you went on vacation?
Colombia - a gorgeous country with very low tourism compared to neighboring countries.
What is your favorite meal?
Israeli salad (finely chopped cucumber, tomato, onion, parsley with lemon and olive oil) + tahini
Do you have any pets?
Many!!! scobies!!!
What is your favorite part of running a business?
Unpredictability - you never know who you might meet and what doors may open

What is something about you that others might find surprising?
I didn't enjoy the first kombucha I tried
What charity or cause are you passionate about supporting and why?
Ocean conservancy, stopping the use of plastic, teaching kids & adults about delicious and nutritious plant-based foods.
