KEGJOY™ in Vista is looking for an enthusiastic, honest, and motivated delivery driver. Our drivers are the face of KEGJOY™ and interact with our clients every day. Experience with draft systems and delivery driving is preferred but we will also provide training to the right person. This position is 6 a.m. to 4 p.m., four 10-hour shifts a week.

Job Duties Include

• Deliver product within assigned route schedule and time windows
• Unload product from the van by hand or using hand cart, and place in designated customer storage areas; may include transporting product down ramps, stairs or docks in all weather conditions
• Collect money (cash or check), and turn in all funds collected daily
• Pickup, load and unload customer returns
• Help customers maintain their tap systems and educate them on the latest offerings
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and fuel
• Willingness to work early mornings
• Help with warehousing and organization of kegs

Requirements

• Valid CA driver’s license and clean DMV record

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Participate in overall area sales strategy and goal planning for KEGJOY™.
• Look at territory with entrepreneurial eyes to seek out new opportunities to increase sales and penetration.
• Set up and host new client tastings.
• On-board new clients.
• Proactively engage with account managers, suppliers, retail customers, and senior management team building effective business partnerships.
• Visit accounts to maintain a good connection with them and troubleshoots draft equipment as needed (we provide draft equipment training).
• Responsible for sales growth within the area.
• Independent, strong work ethic.
• Team oriented.

Required Experience

• Must have at least one year of in-the-field sales experience, preferred in the food/beverage industry.
• Candidates must have a passion for wellness and living a healthy lifestyle.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Must be able to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Ability to travel locally and work remotely in the field.

This position requires a driver’s license, a clean DMV record, and reliable transportation.

• Maintaining the cleanliness of customer draft systems through routine maintenance
• Repair and/or upgrade customer draft systems
• Troubleshoot with clients over the phone
• Drive within assigned route schedule and time windows
• Help customers maintain their tap systems and educate them on the latest product offerings
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and daily safety checklist
• Willingness to work early mornings
• Help with warehousing and organization of draft service area
